TiviMini Privacy Policy

TiviMini needs no account and has no ads, analytics or tracking. We do not sell or share personal information. This policy covers TiviMini on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Android phones and TVs.

What stays on your device

Playlist URLs, guides, favorites, watch history and settings are stored only on your device. We never receive them.

When you add a playlist to your TV from your phone, the two devices talk directly over your local network, not through our servers.

Servers your device connects to

Playlists, guides, channel logos and video are requested by your device directly from the addresses you enter. Those servers are not run by us and handle requests under their own terms. TiviMini does not provide any channels or content.

What we receive when you activate Pro

When you activate Pro, restore a purchase, and about every 30 days to renew, the app contacts our activation server (lic.tivimini.app) and sends: a device fingerprint (a one-way hash of the device identifier, the app's signing certificate and the model, which cannot be reversed into the identifier), the device model, the platform and the app version.

For App Store purchases it also sends the transaction record signed by Apple (transaction ID, product and purchase date). It does not include your Apple ID, name, email or payment details. When you use an activation code, the code is sent.

The server records the IP address of each request to rate-limit requests and prevent abuse.

This information is used only to verify Pro and to limit how many devices one purchase can be bound to.

Update checks

Only the Android version installed directly from our website checks for updates (in About): it downloads a version file, and the request carries no device information. Versions from the App Store or Google Play are updated by the store.

Retention and deletion

Activation records are kept while Pro is active. To delete them, email your activation code or App Store transaction ID to [email protected] and we will delete the matching records (the device will then need to be activated again).

Children

TiviMini is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
